Movement Between Tracks

Player development is not one-size-fits-all or linear. Players are evaluated regularly and can move between tracks as their skills, motivation, or goals evolve.

Movement is encouraged when it best supports a player’s growth—whether advancing, recalibrating, or simply shifting interests.

Placement decisions are made collaboratively between club staff, coaches, and families to ensure each player is in the best environment to thrive.
