Training Opportunities
Power Hour
This program is designed to elevate your players' athletic profile and overall athleticism by focusing on various components of performance. We believe that this program will not only benefit our players individually but also contribute to the overall success of our teams. In these Power Hour sessions, we will focus on the following:
Running Drills:
Specific drills to improve running form, mechanics, and efficiency
Balance Exercises:
Activities that challenge your balance through movement
Plyometrics:
Exploding movements that develop power and speed
Agility Drills:
Exercises designed to improve agility, quickness, and coordination
Mobility Exercises:
Stretches and movements to improve flexibility and range of motion
This is an opportunity for players to develop outside our existing Club program, so if players choose to register there is a fee to cover the 6 weeks of training. Players that choose to be a part of Power Hour will register for the level associated with their age.

Technical Training
Our Technical Training Program is designed to help players unlock their full potential and accelerate their individual growth. Through high-repetition drills, small-sided games, and game-like scenarios, players will sharpen essential skills that are key to long-term development. Each session will focus on:
- Ball control and first touch
- Dribbling under pressure
- Passing and receiving with precision
- Shooting and finishing technique
- Footwork, agility, and quick decision-making
By mastering these core technical areas, players build the foundation needed to grow into more confident, capable athletes. Our goal is to challenge every player in a positive, high-energy environment that promotes skill development and love for the game. The Technical Training Program ensures players are always improving, helping each individual reach their personal best and prepare for the next level of competition.
Goalkeepers
Our goalkeeper training is tailored to specifically build skills and physical ability for young goalkeepers. We focus on basic technique and footwork to build a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced training. We take a balanced approach that combines technical training, physical development, and instilling game intelligence to allow our goalkeepers grow as players. Advancement within the club’s program is based on both age and performance. Players can age-up to the next cohort, but players who show excellent progress and separate themselves from their own group will be given the opportunity to advance.
